The park is not responsible for any loss or theft of your belongings. A €10 deposit is required, non-refundable if the locker keys are lost.

RESTAURANT / PICNIC
We offer catering in the park at the Natural’Food and the Paillotte Gourmande
(according to the opening calendar)
Picnicking is allowed inside the park, with many designated outdoor or sheltered areas available.
Bringing alcohol into the park is prohibited (in accordance with the park’s internal regulations).
ATTRACTIONS
All attractions are included in the admission price.
For the following attractions: Arbofilets©, Aerial Walk, Pedal Go-Karts, Summer Tubing, and Treetop Zipline :
- Closed-toe shoes are required (such as sports shoes, no heels)
- Avoid bare legs and arms (risk of friction).
For Pedal Go-Karts :
- Please bring €1 coins for the deposit (similar to supermarket trolleys. Each user gets their coin back by returning the go-kart to its place.)
COINS TO BRING
PEDAL KARTS : Please bring a €1 coin per kart for the deposit (you will get your coin back when returning the kart, just like with supermarket trolleys).
ANIMAL FEED : Feed dispensers for the deer and pygmy goats are available to visitors (€0.20 per portion).
WOODEN BALLS : Wooden balls are available at reception as well as along the trail in vending machines (€0.50 per ball).
The balls can be reused on all games and can be kept for future visits.
They can be used in three play areas: the Billodrome, the marble carousel, and the wooden games.
PRIVATE CABIN RENTAL

Private cabin rental for the day inside the park starting from €50.
- Deer cabin: up to 6 people
- Wallaby cabin: up to 10 people
- Wolf cabin: up to 24 people
The rental price includes the cabin with a picnic table only. Park admission tickets (additional cost) are required for all group members.

BABIES / YOUNG CHILDREN
– PRAMS & PUSHCHAIRS : the park is accessible to pushchairs
(please note: As the park is located in a coulee, it is naturally hilly all along the route
– LANGER TABLES are available at the 2 toilet blocks
– MICROWAVE are available on the terrace of the Natural’Food snack bar
– CHILDREN’S SEATS are available free of charge on the snack bar terrace.
– A GAMES area is reserved for children aged 0-3 years in the T’ibou area

INTERNAL REGULATIONS
The well-being of the animals and the respect of the flora are our priorities, so that they evolve in all serenity, THANK YOU FOR RESPECTING THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
– Children are under the responsibility of their parents or guardians
– Natural’Parc cannot be held responsible for theft, loss or damage of personal belongings.
– Any person who has suffered an injury, bruise, or other, must declare it the same day to the management of Natural’Parc. The accident will be recorded in the accident register and must be signed by the injured person or his/her guardian. Any person complaining of an injury, who has not reported it to the Natural’Parc reception on the same day, will be declared as not being in good standing.
– Before using the games/attractions, users must read the instruction signs at the entrance to each area
IT IS FORBIDDEN :
– To enter enclosures that are not marked “free access”.
– To run or frighten animals in the “free access” enclosures
– Throwing waste on the ground
– Climbing on low stone walls or fences
– Picking or damaging plantations and wild flora
– Collecting feathers and eggs in the park
– Smoking in the park (except in the 2 designated areas)
– Enter the park under the influence of alcohol or drugs
– Bringing alcohol or drugs into the park
– Entering the park with children’s vehicles or games (balls, bikes, scooters, etc.)
The management reserves the right to expel the visitor in the event of non-compliance with the rules
