Ticketing
To save time and avoid waiting at the counter, purchase your tickets online at a reduced rate ! Ticket sales close 2 hours before the park closes (1 hour for season pass holders) and activities stop 20 minutes before the park closes.
Final exit
Remember to take your belongings with you! You will not be able to return to your vehicle. Lockers are available for rent at €3 per day, subject to availability. A €10 deposit is required, non-refundable if the locker keys are lost. The park is not responsible for any loss or theft of your belongings.

Is the park open during the winter ?

How long does the visit last ?
For the visit of the park, its attractions and its investigations, you should count from 4 hours to 1 whole day.
What time does the ticket office close ?
Ticket office closes: 2 hours before the park closes (except for season passes: 1 hour before the park closes).
Rides close: 20 minutes before the park closes.
Is the park open in case of rain or extreme heat ?
Yes, the park remains open regardless of the weather (except in cases of force majeure).
In case of extreme heat : numerous green and shaded areas are available throughout your visit. Misting stations and water refill points are also available for your convenience.
In case of rain : for your safety, certain attractions may be temporarily closed. We thank you for your understanding.
