Pratical information
The ticket office closes 2 hours before the park closes (1 hour for Season Pass holders), and activities stop 20 minutes before park closing time.
Please bring change for the corn dispensers (€0.20) and marble machines (€0.50), as well as for the pedal karts, which operate with a €1 coin or a shopping cart token.
Reduced rates
Discounted tickets are only available for purchase at the park’s ticket office upon presentation of valid proof. Only reception staff are authorized to inform you about partner offers.

The rental price includes only the cabin and picnic table. Park admission tickets (at an additional cost) are required for all members of the group. Reservations can be made online or on-site, subject to availability.

I bought my ticket online, do I need to print it?
It is not necessary to print the tickets. Remember to download your PDF ticket to your phone before you come.
Can I get my ticket refunded ?
Tickets purchased at the ticket office or online are not exchangeable or refundable.
Are the tickets dated ?
No, the tickets are not dated. They are valid for one season, the expiry date is indicated on the ticket.
How can I give away a ticket ?
You can buy one or more vouchers online or at the ticket office.
What time does the ticket office close ?
Ticket office closes: 2 hours before the park closes (except for season passes: 1 hour before the park closes).
Rides close: 20 minutes before the park closes.
